   Menu selection would be given a minimum of two weeks in advance of the Luncheon, with the guaranteed number (over the minimum guarantee of 50) one week ahead. This number, while it may not fall below the minimum of 25, may be revised for minor changes through the day before, at which time the guarantee is final.

   A deposit of five hundred dollars is required to confirm the reservation, which will be deducted from the final bill. Payment for the guaranteed number must be made in cash or check (no credit cards) immediately following the banquet. When making your menu selection, we request that one item from each course be selected, with a possible fresh fish of the day as the second entree. More than one entree is possible (maximum of three), but we would need to know the exact number of each entree at the time of the guarantee, and no choices or changes may be made that day`.

   Bavarian Village entree tickets will be provided to your group's representative upon arrival for distribution according to your reservation.

   The price per person, weekdays, Monday through Friday, is seventeen dollars ($17.00) plus tax (6%) and gratuity (19%). Luncheons on Saturdays are seventeen dollars ($19.00) plus sales tax (6%) and gratuity (19%).If your Organization or Group is tax-exempt, a copy of your State-issued tax exempt certificate must be provided to the Restaurant prior to your banquet.
